| Oversee all phases of study progression. Primary job responsibilities
include: overseeing study conduct, ensuring accurate completion of all staffing
assignments, participating in dosing, performing rapid succession EKGs,
obtaining vital signs, performing urine, drug, alcohol, and pregnancy testing,
providing direct nurse care, and providing general support to the Study
Manager. RNs and LPNs must have 6 months of medical/surgical experience, current CPR certification and a valid license. |
| Phlebotomist |
| Ensure the collection and processing of all samples collected
by perform highly skilled, rapid-draw venipuncture, verifying, packing and
shipping samples to the appropriate analytical facilities. Phlebotomists
also perform urine drug, alcohol and pregnancy testing, QC documentation
of all study activities and provide general support to the Study Manager/Staff
Nurse. Phlebotomists must have one year venipuncture experience and a current CPR certification. |

Recruiters |
|
Answers in-bound calls and makes the necessary out-bound calls from a call list, provides potential participants with appropriate study information, obtains information via initial screening to fill out first time caller sheets, in-call logs, and database information, schedules participants and/or potential participants for screening tests, tracks all activity related to assigned studies, makes clinic appearances as a form of recruitment during study progression, accurately enters participant data and scheduling information into database updating and maintaining files and attends off site meetings/events as necessary to promote and expand recruiting efforts. Study Participant Recruiter must have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and Database software, possess excellent communication skills, and have customer service experience. |

Research Technician (MA, EMT or FMG) |
|

Receptionist |
|
Answer the main phone system, greet and announce visitors, perform general
administrative and word processing duties in accordance with established
procedures. Receptionist must have one year certificate from college or technical school, three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software. |

Security |
|
Provide security service for company, including guard services, requests for emergency assistance, intervention with participant problems and security services requested by employees. Guard industrial or commercial property against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by performing the following duties. Control access to the building. Observe activity of participants, visitors and associates. Maintain accurate and detailed log of all proceedings during shift. Log employees in and out. Provide entry to various areas for authorized employees. Monitor alarm system and record any discrepancies. Perform and document building inspections on an hourly basis. Receive and direct phone calls during evening and weekend shifts. Strictly adhere to all policies outlined in the associate handbook. Oversee receipt and delivery of packages and pick-up of samples during non-business hours. Complete incident reports based on accident causing injuries, damage to facility or equipment. Follow emergency procedures during alarm situations. Assist clinical staff with company-safe procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Security personnel must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Facility Specialist |

Assist Facility Supervisor by performing assigned tasks related to general
