Novum’s Keith Gallicano, Ph.D., Invited to Present at AAPS Workshop

Pittsburgh, PA: Keith Gallicano, Ph.D., Novum’s Vice President, Scientific Affairs, will be a Featured Presenter on Day two of the AAPS Workshop in Denver, Colorado. He will present during the Locally Acting Drug Products: Bioequivalence Challenges and Opportunities workshop on Sunday, November 13th at 9:45 a.m. Dr. Gallicano will present on the topic “Systemic Pharmacokinetics as a Surrogate for Local Drug Concentrations”.
As Vice President, Scientific Affairs, Keith provides scientific leadership to Novum and its clients, directing the company’s study design, protocol development, data management, medical writing and biostatistics functions. His presentation draws on 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field where he has worked in a diverse range of industries that include government, academia, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the CRO service industry.
For over 40 years, Novum has been considered one of the world’s leaders in the conduct of clinical trials; Early Phase Research from First in Human studies to large bioequivalence studies are conducted at Clinical Pharmacology units in Houston, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Fargo, North Dakota. A separate division, managing Late Phase Research requiring patient populations across multiple therapeutic areas, is lead by the Clinical Trials Division headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
